Purposes, legitimation, and conservation of the data processing carried out by Bridgeburg:

1. CONTACT AND INFORMATION REQUESTS

Purposes: Provide a means for you to contact us and answer your requests for information and carry out the procedures derived from the request, as well as send you communications about Bridgeburg products, services, and activities and, where appropriate, the FC BARCELONA entities, their sponsors and/or entities related to the Club’s activity, by electronic means, if you check the corresponding boxes accepted.

Legitimation: The user’s consent when requesting information through our contact form and by checking the acceptance box for sending information from Bridgeburg and, where appropriate, by checking the acceptance box for sending information from FC BARCELONA, its sponsors and/or entities related to the Club’s activity.

Conservation: Until your request is resolved through our form or once answered by email, if you have not generated a new treatment. If you have accepted to receive commercial deliveries until you request their cancellation of them.

2. ONLINE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OFFERED ON THE BRIDGEBURG WEBSITE

Purposes: Manage your order, payment, and deliveries of the product. In the event of a connection error during the purchase process, send reminders to facilitate the pending purchase.

Fraud prevention in payment management: See the “Recipients” section.

Legitimation: Contract of sale; legitimate interest in informing Bridgeburg customers about products or services similar to those acquired and legitimate interest in analyzing possible fraud.

Conservation: For the duration of the contractual relationship and, once it has ended, during the legally required retention periods to attend to possible responsibilities.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TO OUR NEWSLETTER AND COMMERCIAL DELIVERIES

Purpose: To send you communications by any means, including electronic ones, relating to products, services, and the activity and events of Bridgeburg and, if you tick the acceptance box, about the activity and events of the Club and electronic commercial information about products, services, and activities of the entities of FC BARCELONA, its sponsors and/or entities related to the Club’s activity.

Legitimation: The user’s consent when subscribing to Bridgeburg’s commercial deliveries and/or newsletters through our website or social networks and, in the case, by checking the acceptance box to receive information and communications from FC BARCELONA, its sponsors, and/or entities related to the Club’s activity.

Conservation: Until the interested party withdraws the consent and requests the cancellation of the deliveries.

4. SUBSCRIPTION TO PROMOTIONS (Black Friday, Xmas, Sales, etc.)

Purpose: To send you our promotions and offers on Bridgeburg products or services. On designated dates and/or days that are of interest to you and, if you tick the box, about the FC BARCELONA entities, their sponsors, and/or entities related to the Club’s activity.

Legitimation: The user’s consent when subscribing to the commercial deliveries and/or newsletters of Bridegburg promotions through our website or social networks and, if applicable,  by checking the acceptance box to receive information and communications from FC BARCELONA, its sponsors, and/or entities related to the Club’s activity.

Conservation: Until the interested party withdraws the consent and requests the cancellation of the deliveries.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA

A. Customized audience actions and similar audiences

Purposes: Verification of the existence of accounts of certain interested parties/users of Bridegeburg and/or search of profiles on social networks (which have not restricted the receipt of submissions through their user profile as established in the privacy policies of each of the platforms) for the sending of commercial communications or advertising impacts of Bridgeburg.

Legitimation: Legitimate interest in informing the user on platforms as well as, in this case, all those who have given their consent or have subscribed to Bridgeburg deliveries.

Conservation: For the duration of the relationship with the interested party and, if applicable, until the request to cancel or withdraw the consent of the interested party.

B. User registration through social networks

To register as a user there is the possibility of registering or logging in through Facebook or Google Sign which, in any case, will be voluntary. In this case, the login credentials will be those of the personal account of the social network or platform. The social network or platform may also send us additional public profile information (profile name, photograph, and basic information), in accordance with the privacy policy that the social network indicates about the information included in the public profile. However, you may decide not to include any of the information included in your public profile, so it will not be treated by us.

There is also the possibility of contacting us directly through our corporate social networks and/or sending your message by logging in through Facebook or Google. In this case, we will process the data of the public profile of your personal account (name of the profile and/or name of the user, photograph, and basic information), in accordance with the privacy policy of the corresponding social network.

3. Recipients of your data

Your data is confidential, will be used exclusively internally for the purposes indicated, and will not be transferred to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation and, in the following cases:

• In the event that a payment has to be made: BANKING ENTITIES OR PROVIDERS OF PAYMENT SERVICES for the processing and management of the payment.
• Fraud prevention in payment management: We may process your data to control possible fraudulent operations, which may involve communicating data to suppliers who are experts in fraud prevention and management, to analyze the purchase operation for these reasons, which may involve the denial of the order and its management.

For this purpose, your data may be communicated to third companies that will treat your data as data controllers, and, therefore, it will be these that determine the purposes and means by which they will be used. These companies can be logistics companies for sending the products to the indicated address, or fraud prevention companies, such as Riskified Ltd., who will process your data for security and anti-fraud control purposes of the transactions carried out by you. The Club’s communication to Riskified involves the international transfer of Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for which both parties guarantee that the appropriate guarantees have been taken so that the treatment complies with the requirements established in the data protection regulations (for more information on these guarantees, you can contact us at the addresses indicated in section five next). • To FC BARCELONA for sending information and communications from the Club, its sponsors, and/or entities related to its activity. 4. International Transfers

Bridgeburg, as an entity of international projection, has international suppliers that can provide their services from outside the EU, being possible that your data is processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (for example, the provider of newsletter delivery, data storage, etc.).

In any case, all our suppliers go through a prior homologation process, and we will ensure that this data processing is always protected with the appropriate guarantees, which may include:

• Standard clauses approved by the EU
• Third-party certifications

5. Rights in relation to your personal data

Anyone can withdraw their consent at any time when it has been granted for the processing of their data. In no case does the withdrawal of this consent condition the relationships generated previously.

You can also exercise the following rights:

• Request access to your personal data or its rectification when they are inaccurate.
• Request its deletion when, among other reasons, data are no longer necessary for the purposes from which it was collected.
• Request the limitation of its treatment in certain circumstances.
• Request opposition to the processing of your data for reasons related to your particular situation.
• Request the portability of the data in the cases provided for in the regulations.
• Other rights are recognized in the applicable regulations.

7. Segmented Advertising

Bridgeburg sends information to our users in a segmented way in order to offer better services, adapted to the preferences of our users, providing quality and personalized content to their interests.

As described below, Bridgeburg may conduct segmented advertising taking into account all data provided by you.

This profile will consider, for example:

• Your behavior on the web, cookies, cursor movements, or your preferences and interests.
• Behavior in the face of sending informative Bridgeburg newsletters, such as, for example, what content is of your interest according to the opening of newsletters and the frequency of said opening.
• Interaction can be carried out through other channels such as consultations in Bridgeburg information or contact channels.
• Information that you may provide us through satisfaction surveys.

We also inform you that, for some services, we can process your personal data using automated means. This means that certain decisions are made automatically without human intervention, such as segmenting you according to whether you have an interest in certain sections of the website or may even use other services that we may offer.

In addition, the same communications may be adapted and personalized, according to the interests of the users, either based on the products and services requested or based on those data that we can deduce or obtain from their browsing, interest in certain content, reaction to Bridgeburg communications, among others.

This personalization is carried out in a partially automated way, in the sense that  Bridgeburg determines the parameters of personalization, but it is the technological platform that generates the advertising segmentation characteristics for each user. Bridgeburg does not send general communications that are not segmented through the above procedure, since it considers that it is both in our and the user’s interest to send or receive relevant information, and because non-segmentation would not alter the number of communications received, but only the content of the same. In this sense, if you do not wish to be segmented, you can oppose communications or request commercial cancellation at any time.

Likewise, data that Bridgeburg processes as a result of the interactions carried out for the user through our website when accessing through their username and password of third parties (Social Login);  the user’s name, email, date of birth, and geographical location, in addition to their tastes on social networks when the user consents and optionally, in order to offer a personalized experience related to the “Likes” of the person.

8. Obligation to provide us with your personal data and the consequences of not doing so.

The provision of personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years or sufficient legal capacity to contract.

Personal data requested are necessary to manage your requests and/or provide the services you may contract, so if you do not provide them, we will not be able to serve you correctly or provide the service you have requested.

In order to safeguard the security of your personal data, we inform you that we have adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data provided and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access.

10. Updating your data

It is important that in order to keep your personal data updated, you inform us whenever there is any modification; otherwise, we are not responsible for their veracity of them.

We are not responsible for the privacy policy regarding personal data that you may provide to third parties through links available on our website.

This Privacy Policy may be modified to adapt it to changes produced on the Bridgeburg website, as well as legislative or jurisprudential modifications to personal data that may appear. The publication date of the present policy is  01/05/2023. Any relevant modification of the website will be communicated to the users.
